libderiving-ocaml-dev software package provides deriving functions from type declarations in OCaml (devt files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libderiving-ocaml-dev
libderiving-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libderiving-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libderiving-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libderiving-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
